Mary Ciminelli
When you partner with Mary to secure your dream home in the resort town of Park City or Deer Valley® , you’ll come away with two things: a greater understanding of the area’s real estate market and having met someone who truly puts the fun in hard work. A seasoned real estate professional with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty since 2005, Mary spends much of her time keeping her finger on the pulse of the local real estate market’s luxury homes and investment properties, as well as the ranches, land listings, and single family homes that make up this area’s unique market.
Mary’s first introduction to the business of real estate began early in Buffalo, New York, growing up in a family closely involved in development and construction. After graduating from the University of Vermont where she majored in Political Science and History, Mary ventured to the west coast, working within corporate environments for the adventure travel industry and the popular ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s as a regional manager and marketing executive. Passionate about skiing, she discovered and fell in love with Park City, so much so that Mary purchased a rental property in 2005 which eventually led to her permanently residing in the resort town just three years later.
Her enthusiasm and interest in real estate subsequently spilled over into a part-time entrepreneurial venture, creating a boutique vacation rental business where she honed her knowledge and skills in the resort market. With her signature enthusiastic curiosity and drive, Mary spent many hours immersing herself in the study of purchasing and selling properties. Her family convinced Mary to direct her passion towards the real estate industry where she has since been assisting her clients in successfully selling and buying luxury residential and investment properties since 2008.
Mary has accomplished a great deal in her real estate career, the most recent being ranked as one of the top sales agents at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty every quarter for the past two years. Another outcome of her relentless enthusiasm landed her on the cover page of Top Agent Magazine in 2015, and featured in O, Entrepreneur and Forbes magazines as the one of the Wasatch Back’s Top Women in Business in 2017.
Involved in numerous Park City community events and programs, including the National Ability Center, People's Health Clinic and Habitat for Humanity, and a member of the Philanthropic Board on the Park City Board of Realtors®, Mary enjoys being an active member of her community. She enjoys and finds balance in various outdoor activities like skiing, biking, horseback riding and golfing. Along with her expertise and vast knowledge of the local real estate market, the reason Mary excels in successfully helping her clients in all aspects of Park City real estate can be summed up in the words of those who know her, “Mary’s super fun to be around. She lights up a room.”
